Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three (3) years of healthcare revenue cycle settings or trainer experience.
• Quest ICD10 certification required within 6 months of start date and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Review processes to ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, payor requirements.
• Perform quality audits and track performance; prepare reports and action plans.
• Design and deliver structured training programs with updated materials and SOPs.
• Partner with leaders to identify root causes and implement workflow improvements.
• Complete and oversee administrative tasks supporting department functions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and provide excellent customer service.
