The University of Kansas Health System seeks a Revenue Cycle Quality & Training Analyst-Access/PFS/HIM at the Southlake Campus to educate end users on EMR workflows, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support Lean initiatives across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or 4+ years related experience required.
• 3+ years in process improvement, quality and productivity analysis, or training in healthcare required.
• Willingness to travel between Health System locations.
• EPIC credentialing to be completed within 6 months of hire (180 days).

Responsabilités

• Identify workflow and EMR process improvement opportunities through analysis of quality, productivity and compliance reporting.
• Perform productivity and quality analysis to identify training opportunities.
• Update EMR training environments and create/update training materials for go-live support.
• Support new EMR functionality, optimizations and upgrades; develop training curricula.
• Deliver training for new hires and existing staff; maintain updated training plans.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and Lean Promotion Office offerings to promote Lean thinking.
• Monitor health system revenue cycle communications and follow up on outstanding issues.
