Job summary

Qualifications

• Designs and optimizes workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and staff productivity.

• Serves as central intake and first point of contact for informatics requests and issue investigation.
• Identifies opportunities for automation and AI to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Monitors implementations and maintains thorough documentation of changes and workflows.
