Job summary

Kansas Health System is seeking a Revenue Cycle Quality & Training Analyst to educate end users on EMR workflows and system improvements. You will partner with IT to troubleshoot applications, develop and update training materials, and support go-live activities.

The role requires EPIC credentialing within 6 months, strong analytics, and the ability to travel between health system locations. Full-time, on-site at Southlake Campus.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years in process improvement, quality and productivity analysis, or related training roles.
• 4+ years overall experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow and EMR improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Develop training curricula and deliver workshops for end users.
• Support EMR functionality upgrades and maintain training environments.
• Coordinate training plans and materials for Revenue Cycle teams.
