Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Revenue Cycle Quality and Training Analyst to educate end users on EMR workflows and Lean processes. You will identify training needs, develop curriculum, and support go-live activities, while collaborating with IS and end users to improve efficiency and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include conducting quality and productivity analyses, updating training environments, and delivering workshops to new hires and staff across Revenue Cycle teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree or 4+ years in related field preferred.
• Experience in process improvement, quality and productivity analysis.
• EPIC credentialing within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify workflow and EMR improvement opportunities through quality data.
• Perform productivity and quality analysis to train teams.
• Update EMR training environments and curricula as needed.
• Provide go-live support and ongoing education for Revenue Cycle staff.
• Deliver workshops for new hires and existing staff.
