Job summary

Nuvance Health in Danbury, CT is seeking a Revenue Cycle Educator and Process Improvement Associate 1 to build and maintain education programs across the Revenue Cycle. You will plan training initiatives, monitor quality metrics, and coordinate with department leaders to ensure staff development aligns with strategic priorities.

As a Process Improvement Associate, you will lead testing for new applications, coordinate PI projects, and document training materials.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required in business, healthcare management, education, or related field and minimum of three years job-related experience.
• MS Word and Excel required; at least 3 years of training/education experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; medical billing, registration and a health care background desired.

Responsibilities

• Develops, organizes, and implements a Revenue Cycle training program for new hire orientation and staff development.
• Delivers onboarding and provides feedback to managers on new-hire progress.
• Plans and leads in-services and educational programs for revenue cycle staff.
• Identifies and applies educational resources to support training initiatives.
• Creates training tools and assessments for Revenue Cycle components.
• Coordinates with IT to deploy e-learning and web-based training.
• Trains staff on systems and maintains education requirements.
