Job summary

Westchester Medical Center seeks a Revenue Cycle System Training Representative to design and deliver training programs for all Revenue Cycle departments. You will develop content, coordinate software training, and ensure ongoing education for staff, managers, and clinicians.

The role requires collaboration with Revenue Cycle leaders and a strong ability to translate policies into effective learning experiences across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Experience coordinating and training employees.
• Experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for Revenue Cycle system upgrades or changes.
• Coordinate and provide application software training to Revenue Cycle personnel.
• Maintain proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Create and maintain orientation and continuing education programs for Revenue Cycle staff.
• Develop training materials and ensure annual competency assessments are completed.
• Publish training schedules and communications for new hire and ongoing training activities.
• Analyze current workflows and design improvements with feedback.
• Coordinate scenario and role-based training demonstrations.
• Audit employee performance and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Adapt programming to changes in work environment and industry regulations.
• Submit recommendations for next learning objectives and strategy development.
