Ladders is seeking a Revenue Cycle Managed Services - Billing Manager (Hospital System) to lead billing operations for a designated health system client. The remote role targets US-based candidates and focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and performance across hospital billing workflows.

The ideal candidate brings deep hospital billing expertise, hands-on leadership, and the ability to coach teams while driving process discipline across Revenue Cycle, Finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience focused on hospital billing operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing billing teams in a healthcare setting.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB).
• Proficiency in revenue cycle reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.

For our client, we are seeking a Revenue Cycle Managed Services - Billing Manager (Hospital System) to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead billing operations for a designated health system client, with a focus on driving accuracy, timeliness, and performance across hospital billing workflows. The position partners closely with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operational leaders to evaluate results, identify improvement opportunities, and support broader operational reviews. The right candidate will bring deep hospital billing expertise and a hands-on leadership approach to coaching teams and strengthening process discipline.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
