Ladders is seeking a Revenue Cycle Managed Services - Billing Manager (Hospital System) to lead billing operations for a designated health system client. The remote role targets US-based candidates and focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and performance across hospital billing workflows.

The ideal candidate brings deep hospital billing expertise, hands-on leadership, and the ability to coach teams while driving process discipline across Revenue Cycle, Finance and operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience focused on hospital billing operations.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing billing teams in a healthcare setting.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and/or Professional Billing (PB).
• Proficiency in revenue cycle reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimize billing operations for a designated health system client.
• Build strong relationships with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and operational leaders.
• Conduct regular operational reviews to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage daily billing workflows and ensure timely claim submissions.
• Analyze key billing performance metrics and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Coach and develop billing supervisors and team members to enhance performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and productivity.
