New Solutions in Newark, OH is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead and integrate revenue cycle, financial and operational system projects across the organization. The role combines hands-on project management with staff leadership to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results in a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, at least four years of project management experience, and five years of information systems

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with at least 3 years in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle and related financial/operational system projects from design through go-live.
• Supervise daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, and billing teams.
• Plan, monitor, and educate staff; manage risk and issues; prepare weekly status reports.
• Coordinate activities within delivery services to provide seamless client services.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes in collaboration with QA teams.

Revenue Cycle Manager, Healthcare (Hybrid WFH/Onsite 50/50 Split)

Position Responsibilities:

• Manages and directly participates in the management of revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects, analysis, design, implementation, and coordinates activitiesand provides support throughout the entire system life cycle including project management, requirements definition, analysis, selection/acquisition, implementation, installation, training/education documentation, troubleshooting and technical support to ensure computer applications are designed, implemented, utilized, and managed to provide maximum benefits.
• Manages and directly supervises daily operations of the registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, hospital and ambulatory billing and other non-clinical departmental system teams.
• Determines work schedules, monitors performance, resolves technical and project issues and educates staff.
• Plans and manages the day-to-day activities of teams including prioritization of team activities and meeting plans
• Ensures integration of system configuration (coordinated design and build)
• Prepare summary team status reports and reviews with Project Director.
• Ensures completion as identified in the project plan.
• Ability to assess risk impact to project.
• Ensures high quality of deliverables as identified through the DBV and in conjunction with the Project Quality Control Team. These include: Activities of one team do not adversely impact activities of another team, changes are combined when appropriate to avoid duplicate effort, thorough testing to minimize problems at go live, and quality deliverables are prepared.
• Manages identified issues by the project team and bring to resolution. Escalates issues which cannot be resolved.
• Develops weekly status reports that address outstanding work, issues and risks to the Project Director.
• Applies Epic experience and training to team tasks and deliverables.
• Participate in regular Project Director meeting and participates as needed in Implementation Steering Team meetings
• Remains current on information technology, principles, concepts, practices, and technologies.
• Coordinates all activities within delivery services and other divisions to provide a seamless set of services to the clients.
• Coordinates close relationships with clients to assist with the identification of needs and requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office products including MS Project.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems and enterprise systems experience.
