Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in healthcare operations or revenue cycle training.
• Experience supporting revenue cycle operations, healthcare finance or similar functions.
• Ability to facilitate instructor-led and virtual training.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality training materials.
• Deliver onboarding, refresher, and role-specific training for revenue cycle staff.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leaders to identify training needs.
