Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is hiring for a Revenue Cycle Education Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training on standardized revenue cycle processes. You will partner with IT and clinical operations to implement best practices, develop curricula, and support change management across departments.

The role requires Epic certifications, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and strong instructional design and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Epic Prelude/Referrals/Authorization/ HIM certifications required or certification issued by Epic.
• Epic HIM Release of Information/HIM Hospital Coding/Resolute Hospital Billing Administration certifications required.
• Revenue cycle knowledge with emphasis on the focus area for the opening.

Responsibilities

• Designs and recommends revenue cycle process improvements with IT/ops partners.
• Maintains a single source repository of processes and governs workflow documentation.
• Collaborates with IT on Epic upgrades and system changes affecting workflows.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates learning programs aligning with organizational goals.
• Delivers in-person and virtual education, building engaging curricula and materials.
• Diagnoses training needs, develops content, and measures learning effectiveness.
• Provides instructional design and learning support across departments to enable change.
