Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in healthcare operations, revenue cycle training or workforce education.
• Experience supporting Revenue Cycle operations, healthcare finance or similar functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality training materials for revenue cycle education.
• Deliver onboarding and role‑specific training for revenue cycle staff.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify training needs and support standardized practices.

Skills

Knowledge of adult learning principles

Ability to facilitate instructor‑led training

Experience using learning metrics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Epic Software
