Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is seeking a Revenue Cycle Education Specialist to design, implement, and optimize educational programs for revenue cycle processes aligned with Epic systems. The role involves developing curricula, delivering training both virtually and in person, and partnering with clinical and IT teams to drive standardized workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Epic Prelude, Referrals and Authorizations, HIM Release of Information, HIM Hospital Coding, HIM Coding Operations, HIM Gallery, and Resolute Hospital Billing accreditations or certifications required.
• Revenue cycle knowledge with emphasis on the focus area for the opening.
• High level of expertise in creating, organizing, maintaining and implementing improvements to support Revenue Cycle operations.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and recommends process improvements to standardize revenue cycle activities.
• Leads learning programs and curricula development for Rev Cycle education.
• Delivers training through virtual and in-person methods and evaluates learning effectiveness.
• Collaborates with leaders and stakeholders to align education with organizational goals and resources.
• Maintains and updates instructional materials including guides, tutorials, and e-learning content.
