You will design, deliver, and update revenue cycle workflows and training across multiple locations, partnering with IT and operations to standardize processes.

This role requires Epic credentials and strong instructional design experience; you will develop curricula, e-learning, and live training to enable staff adoption and optimize financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Epic Prelude accreditation or certification issued by Epic
• Epic Referrals accreditation or certification issued by Epic
• Epic HIM Release of Information accreditation or certification issued by Epic
• Epic HIM Hospital Coding accreditation or certification issued by Epic
• Epic HIM Coding Operations accreditation or certification issued by Epic
• Epic HIM Gallery accreditation or certification issued by Epic
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration accreditation or certification issued by Epic
• Revenue cycle knowledge with emphasis on the given opening
• Experience creating, organizing and implementing improvements for Revenue Cycle operations
• Strong planning and organizational skills with multiple priorities
• Instructional design or training program design experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Change management experience
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Knowledge of Epic UserWeb tools including NOVA and Galaxy

Responsibilities

• Researches, designs and recommends process improvements to drive revenue cycle best practices
• Collaborates with IT to review Epic upgrades and major projects to support workflows
• Plan, implement, evaluate learning programs aligned with organizational goals
• Deliver education on revenue cycle processes to new and existing staff
• Establish partnerships across departments and support change initiatives
