Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Learning and Revenue Cycle Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate educational programs focused on standardized revenue cycle workflows. You will partner with IT and operations to develop curricula and improve process efficiency.

The role requires Epic accreditation experience, instructional design expertise, and strong collaboration across departments to support organizational financial wellness and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Epic Prelude accreditation or certification issued by Epic. or
• Epic Referrals and Authorizations accreditation or certification issued by Epic, or
• Epic HIM Release of Information accreditation or certification issued by Epic, or
• Epic HIM Hospital Coding accreditation or certification issued by Epic, or
• Epic HIM Coding Operations accreditation or certification issued by Epic, or
• Epic HIM Gallery accreditation or certification issued by Epic, or
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration including Single Billing Office accreditation or certification issued by Epic
• Revenue cycle knowledge with emphasis on focus area for opening.

Responsibilities

• Designs and recommends revenue cycle best practices.
• Develops learning curricula and educational content for the team.
• Delivers education on revenue cycle processes to staff, virtually or in person.
• Collaborates across departments to align learning with organizational priorities.
• Creates and updates instructional materials and e-learning courses.
