Job summary

You will lead clinicians and staff to maximize revenue, cash flow and patient satisfaction while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include developing strategic objectives, evaluating long-range plans, driving performance, and fostering a service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Prior management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading Revenue Cycle for hospitals and physician groups.

Responsibilities

• Develops, translates and executes strategies or operational objectives.
• Evaluates long-range planning and regulatory actions.
• Assists with revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
• Promotes service-oriented culture and ensures stakeholder satisfaction.
• Assesses healthcare trends to direct revenue cycle activities.
• Seek continuous improvement in delivery and support of revenue cycle.
• Ensure regulatory/payor compliance and link initiatives to strategic plans.
• Act as a change agent across departments.
