Job summary

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management, or health care administration; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 10 years of progressive leadership in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience leading revenue cycle for hospitals and physician group practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops, translates and executes strategies or functional/operational objectives.
• Evaluates long-range planning, new programs/strategies and regulatory action.
• Assists with revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
• Promotes service-oriented culture and ensures satisfaction with departmental support.
• Responds to healthcare trends to direct revenue cycle activities.
• Continuously seeks improvements in delivery and support of the revenue cycle.
• Ensures regulatory and payor compliance within the RCM department.
• Communicates initiatives to strategic plans to drive performance.
• Acts as a change agent across departments.
