Job summary

Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager to lead revenue cycle operations across multiple healthcare client accounts. You will mentor RCM Managers, monitor key performance indicators, and drive process improvements to optimize billing and collections processes.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will collaborate with executive teams and ensure payer compliance while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering measurable outcomes for healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle management experience with evidence of leadership.
• Experience guiding RCM teams, coordinating across client accounts, and driving improvements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations across multiple healthcare client accounts.
• Mentor, coach, and support RCM Managers; drive accountability and development.
• Monitor KPIs: AR, denials, collections, clean claim rate, and overall performance.
• Identify workflow improvements and implement process changes.
• Serve as senior point of contact for client escalations and relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to set expectations and support growth.
• Ensure payer compliance and adherence to revenue cycle policies.
