Job summary

Axiom Care, a Phoenix-based behavioral health organization, seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead utilization management, billing, and accounts receivable across locations. You will establish policies with the CFO, drive revenue optimization, and shorten the revenue cycle while ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

You will supervise billing, UR, and AR staff, develop training, and collaborate with leadership to meet KPI benchmarks.

Qualifications

• College graduate.
• 5+ years Revenue Cycle supervisory experience.
• 2+ years AHCCCS experience with a healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain best practices for Revenue Cycle activities across all locations.
• Develop and report KPIs with CFO for financial dashboards and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with EMR and Systems Admin to maintain billing/reporting processes.
• Maintain chargemaster and ensure proper EFT/ERA enrollment with payers.
• Lead UR Manager and supervise UR team to ensure timely reviews and accuracy.
