Talent Road LLC is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle to oversee back-end revenue cycle operations for a healthcare organization. Reporting to the CFO, this leader will drive operational excellence across billing, coding, claims management, cash posting, and AR.

The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare revenue cycle expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with clinical, financial, and operational teams to optimize reimbursement while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Knowledge of HCPCS, ICD-10 coding.
• Experience with billing, claims, and cash posting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, coding, claims submission, and AR.
• Lead denials management and cash posting.
• Drive KPIs: days in A/R, denial rate, net collection rate.
• Partner with outsourced providers for claims submission.
• Provide revenue cycle dashboards and analytics.
• Develop teams and set performance expectations.
