Job summary

Intermountain Centers seeks a Revenue Cycle Management Director to lead the organization's revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, AR follow-up, denials, and analytics. The role focuses on improving cash flow, accuracy of revenue capture, and timely month-end close while maintaining audit readiness.

Responsibilities include setting KPI targets, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with Medicaid/Medicare, HIPAA, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience with leadership
• Experience with Medicaid managed care, Medicare, and commercial payer reimbursement preferred
• Experience with EHR systems and advanced reporting tools is required

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction of all Revenue Cycle operations.
• Set KPI targets and monitor staffing, workload, and service levels.
• Oversee billing, claims submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials, and appeals.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid/Medicare, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
• Partner with IT and Finance to optimize system configurations and reporting.
• Drive process improvements to improve cash flow and reduce write-offs.
• Maintain a clean AR aging and net collection rate above targets.
