You will lead a forward-thinking, technology-driven function, partnering with IT and analytics to modernize processes, implement automation, and deliver sustainable revenue growth while strengthening hospital and physician partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare revenue cycle.
• 7+ years in an executive role.
• Experience overseeing enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy in multi-state, multi-specialty environments.
• Strong expertise in payer trends, regulatory changes, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise-wide revenue cycle strategy aligned with long-term growth.
• Advise CEO, CFO and executive team on revenue optimization and payer trends.
• Lead innovation using automation, analytics, and technology solutions.
• Oversee charge capture, coding, billing, collections, denials, and compliance.
• Develop scalable, automated workflows and performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with IT and data analytics to execute a technology roadmap.
