Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of staff in the revenue cycle unit to ensure quality and productivity.
• Guide staffing decisions, coaching, and performance evaluations in alignment with department goals.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliant, ethical operations and regulatory readiness.
• Monitor key revenue cycle metrics such as AR days, cash collections and denials.
• Lead process improvements and cross-functional projects to enhance department performance.
