Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit Billing and Revenue Cycle, preferably in an FQHC setting.
• 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in healthcare.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environment with discretion.

• Lead centralized patient and billing operations and coordinate with clinicians and leadership.
• Ensure staffing for billing, coding, and patient financial services within budget.
• Recruit, coach, train, and develop the billing team.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures governing revenue operations.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and drive process improvements.
• Oversee regulatory reporting (UDS, Medicare Cost reports) and data-driven action plans.
• Coordinate credentialing and self-pay workflows for new providers.
• Drive revenue optimization and cash flow improvements across the organization.
