Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration.
• 3 years of current revenue cycle management supervisory experience.
• CRCR, CPC, CPB or Epic certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing, AR, denials, and release of information.
• Ensure clean claims submission, timely follow-up, and cash flow.
• Analyze denials and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to reduce denials.
• Monitor payer contracts and reimbursements.
