Responsibilities

• Leads post-bill follow-up and denial resolution across all payers to maximize reimbursement for multi-specialty physician services.
• Directs the appeals and reconsideration process with root cause analysis and persuasive write-ups.
• Collaborates with Revenue Integrity and Coding to reduce revenue leakage and ensure accurate charge capture.
