Job summary

Renown Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee accounts receivable, cash support services and credentialing within the Business Office. You will ensure timely revenue collection, reduce denials and improve cash flow across the Renown Health System.

The role requires extensive healthcare claims knowledge, leadership of a team, and collaboration with internal departments and external agencies to meet departmental goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; English proficiency required.
• Minimum five years of healthcare business office experience with government program compliance.
• Experience with payor audits, HIPAA/EDI compliance, and charge master maintenance.
• CPAT, CPAM, or ACMPE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts receivable, cash support, and credentialing operations.
• Improve cash flow and reduce denials through efficient revenue cycle management.
• Supervise staff, define policies, and implement billing procedures.
• Coordinate with departments and external agencies as needed.
