Round Table Medical Consultants Llc in Houston seeks a Revenue Cycle Manager – Collections to lead the billing and collections team, drive reimbursement processes, and ensure timely cash flow.

The role requires 8+ years in billing, revenue cycle or finance, knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, DRG, and payer negotiations; degree preferred. You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and coordinate with coding, posting, and patient collections.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Billing Management, Revenue Cycle, and/or Finance.
• Knowledge of insurance reimbursement processes for in-network and out-of-network claims.
• Understanding of ICD-10, CPT, DRG, and Revenue codes.
• HIPAA guidelines/regulations familiarity is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the efforts of the Collections team to meet department goals.
• Provide day-to-day oversight, training, and performance management of billing and collections.
• Monitor follow-up activity, establish targets, and ensure timely processing of claims.
