Houston Methodist is seeking a Supervisor Accounts Receivable to oversee the processing of third-party inpatient and outpatient claims, manage edits, submissions, payer follow-up, denials, and appeals for professional billing.

The role leads the AR work unit, trains staff, ensures staffing levels, and supports policy development to improve performance metrics such as days in AR, cash collections, and write-offs while maintaining compliance and service quality.

• Requires 5 years healthcare revenue cycle experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities are essential.
