Tegria is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Revenue Cycle to mentor and oversee the Revenue Cycle Services Team. You will guide daily activities, supervise performance, and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

You will also onboard, coach, and develop staff while collaborating with leadership to improve cash flow and reduce denials. A strong background in MEDITECH and healthcare billing is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Accounting, Math, Business or related fields.
• 5+ years related experience including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 3+ year supervisory experience in medical billing including hospital billing and collections.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Revenue Cycle Team by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and evaluating work for timeliness, quality, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Onboard and train new team members to ensure readiness and consistent performance.
• Develop and coach team members to strengthen skills, build engagement, and support professional growth.
• Oversee customer contracts to ensure timely delivery of Tegria services and accurate status reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators in Revenue Cycle and collaborate with management to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and minimize bad debt.
• Research and identify denial trends, and collaborate with department leadership to resolve root causes and reduce impact on accounts receivable.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of all Revenue Cycle Management processes.
• Develop new processes and improve existing ones with a focus on quality, efficiency, and speed.
• Follow and enforce guidelines, processes, and procedures to meet objectives and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with management decisions and contribute to team planning and strategy.
