Qualifications

• 2-4 years in accounting or business operations; healthcare experience preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business required.
• Emerging leaders with 1-3 years of people management experience.
• Ability to lead, influence, manage, and motivate others.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent within Revenue Cycle.
• Delegate work and contribute to training materials.
• Strategically analyze revenue streams to optimize financial performance.
• Analyze revenue data to inform pricing and profitability.
• Monitor efficiency and ensure adherence to client/company guidelines.
• Supervise team workflow and client requests.
• Lead and escalate issues to leadership when needed.
• Coordinate performance reviews and development with HR.
