Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing seeks an Operations Support Manager to ensure revenue cycle integrity and mentor the revenue cycle team. You will liaison with the Manager, Implementation for new client go-lives and oversee AR, billing, cash application, and vendor payments.

You will drive KPIs, support client implementations, build leadership among staff, and improve processes to optimize cash flow while maintaining high customer service with Sunburst partners and clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing, with at least 1 year of Managed Service Provider experience preferred
• High School degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Superior knowledge of Sunburst's Billing, Collections, Cash Application and Vendor Payment Guidelines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate proficiency in Excel
• Excellent decision-making, team-building, and development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages KPIs for revenue cycle functions including AR, AP, Cash Application, and Supplier Payment initiation
• Assists with New Sunburst Client Implementations, focusing on Timecard Management, Billing Integrity, Invoicing Setup
• Builds relationships with Maxim/Amergis leaders associated with Revenue Cycle functions
• Collaborates and provides continuous feedback to team members and managers to improve Sunburst relationships
• Develops team members through development plans, mentorship, and succession planning
• Collects on over 90 day accounts and other escalated accounts, communicates payment issues to agency partners
• Drives high level of customer service between reports, team members, and external stakeholders
• Proactively communicates risk areas to senior leadership by reviewing AR and completing risk analysis
• Actively involved in complex payer issues and seeks process improvements
• Separates and combines tasks into efficient workflows and executes action plans
• Implements education process improvements to prevent disruptions in revenue cycle oversight
• Performs other duties as assigned
