Job summary

Tegria Services Group - US, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Revenue Cycle in Minnesota to mentor and direct the Revenue Cycle Services Team. The role focuses on accurate billing, AR resolution, and process improvement to help clients meet revenue objectives.

Responsibilities include workload monitoring, daily coordination, hands-on support, onboarding, coaching, and KPI-driven reporting to optimize cash flow and reduce denials. Remote work options may be considered where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience including at least 3 years in supervisory roles in medical billing.
• Extensive experience implementing and supporting MEDITECH and/or other EMR systems.
• Experience mentoring less experienced team members and achieving financial targets.
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle, HIPAA, and third-party billing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Revenue Cycle Team by delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and policy compliance.
• Coordinate daily activities to align with priorities and deadlines.
• Perform work of revenue cycle analysts when needed to support team efforts.
• Onboard and train new team members to ensure readiness and consistent performance.
• Develop staff, provide feedback, and participate in evaluations and corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs to improve cash flow, reduce denials, and minimize bad debt.
• Oversee customer contracts and ensure accurate status reporting.
