Saber Health Group is seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations at a skilled nursing facility. This role emphasizes cash collections, AR aging reduction, and accurate financial reporting to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will oversee daily business office operations, deposits, private pay collections, resident trust accounts, Medicaid eligibility, and collaborate with the billing team to ensure timely insurance submissions and prompt resolution of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business/accounting preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care business office or healthcare setting
• Working knowledge of health insurance payers including Medicare and Medicaid
• Understanding Medicaid eligibility requirements and documentation coordination
• Professional communication with residents, families, staff and external partners
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Excel); healthcare billing systems knowledge preferred
