Saber Health Group is seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations at a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on cash collections, AR reduction, and accurate financial processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities include managing the business office, deposits, private-pay collections, resident trust accounts, and Medicaid eligibility.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a long-term care business office or other healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of health insurance payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care.
• Understanding of Medicaid eligibility requirements and the application process, including follow-up and documentation coordination.
• Ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel; experience with healthcare billing or electronic systems preferred.

• Oversee daily business office operations to drive cash collections and reduce AR aging.
• Manage census, daily deposits and cash posting, and resident trust accounts.
• Coordinate Medicaid eligibility processes and insurance claim submissions with billing.
• Resolve billing issues in collaboration with the billing team.
