Arch Health & Rehab Center seeks a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations in our skilled nursing facility. You will drive cash collections, monitor A/R aging, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Key duties include managing census, deposits, private pay collections, resident trust accounts, and Medicaid eligibility, while partnering with billing to ensure timely claims and issue resolution. Full-time, on-site role in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a long-term care business office or healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of health insurance payers including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Understanding Medicaid eligibility requirements and documentation coordination.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents, families, staff and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations, cash posting and deposits.
• Manage census, private pay collections, resident trust accounts and Medicaid eligibility.
• Support billing team to ensure timely submission of insurance claims and resolve issues.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy in financial operations.
