Job summary

Millview Health & Rehab Center is seeking a results-driven Business Office Manager to lead revenue cycle operations within our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive with strong cross-department collaboration to ensure seamless financial operations and optimal revenue cycle performance.

This role focuses on driving cash collections, reducing AR aging, and ensuring financial accuracy and compliance while partnering with the billing team

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in a long-term care business office or related healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid payers and Medicaid eligibility processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and healthcare billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive cash collections and reduce accounts receivable aging.
• Oversee daily business office operations and regulatory compliance.
• Manage census, deposits, and cash posting; private pay collections; resident trust accounts.
• Collaborate with billing team to ensure accurate and timely claims submissions and issue resolution.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Some college coursework in business/healthcare administration

Two years experience in a long-term care business office

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
