Job summary

Vital Care Infusion Services seeks a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to lead the Reimbursement Specialist team, guiding referrals, benefits verification, prior authorizations, billing and collections. You will be the voice of the company in interactions with franchise partners, payers, and patients.

This on-site role in Pittsburgh requires a Bachelor’s in business (or equivalent) and 3+ years of supervisor experience, with strong Excel and payer compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of infusion experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience required.
• Knowledge of Vital Care systems including CareTend and the RCM Portal.
• Knowledge of payer compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team in processing referrals, benefits investigations, authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Allocate resources to meet KPIs and adjust staffing as needed.
• Resolve franchise partner or patient complaints as escalation agent.
• Maintain operating procedures covering quality, compliance, and related performance expectations.
• Audit transactions and ensure accurate claims processing.
• Provide mentoring and performance feedback.
