Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Laboratory revenue cycle management experience preferred.
• At least two years of denial management experience.
• Expert Excel skills and data analysis.
• Ability to train, coach, and supervise collectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR follow-up, denials, and appeals for pathology and genetics claims.
• Lead denial research and corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Train and coach staff; monitor KPIs and productivity.
• Conduct quarterly audits and biweekly AR reviews.
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and operations to reduce nonpayment.
