Job summary

Inform Diagnostics, a Fulgent Genetics Company, is seeking a Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor to lead AR follow-up, appeals, and denial resolution in a high-volume pathology/genetics setting. The role drives payer performance, process improvements, and team coaching within the Quadax framework.

The supervisor will mentor senior collectors, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with billing and operations to reduce denials and accelerate reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years of leadership experience in lieu of a degree.
• Laboratory revenue cycle management experience preferred in pathology/genetics.
• At least 2 years of denial management experience with nonpayment research and corrective action.
• Expert Excel skills: pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, AR reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and collections for laboratory services.
• Manage Quadax collections worklists, holds, and inventory; assign owners and aging standards.
• Oversee denial research, corrective actions, and payer follow-up to improve outcomes.
• Lead quarterly audits and biweekly AR reviews with accountability and metrics.
• Coordinate with billing, coding, and operations to improve processes.
