Advanced Pain Care, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager/Director to oversee Appeals, Payment Posting, Collections, and Financial Counseling teams. You will ensure SOPs are followed and KPIs met to keep A/R within targets.

The role requires 5+ years in revenue cycle management with 3 years in leadership, CPC or coding experience, and Athena and Microsoft Office proficiency. You will drive denial management and provide KPI dashboards.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in revenue cycle management with 3 years in leadership.
• CPC certification or 3 years of coding experience.
• Experience with Athena preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Revenue Cycle Oversight: Direct submission of claims and appeals for denied claims, ensuring SOPs.
• KPI Monitoring: Maintain metrics like Days in A/R, Clean Claim Rate, Denial Rate, appeals turnaround.
• Workflow Management: Organize daily operations to minimize backlog and optimize productivity.
• Staff Leadership: Interview, hire, evaluate, discipline, and coach employees; lead regular meetings.
• Compliance & Education: Stay current on payer regulations; train staff for SOPs and compliance.
• Reporting: Provide monthly KPI dashboards and production reports to leadership.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement improvements to reduce risk.
