Job summary

Terra Fertility PLLC is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle & AR Specialist to independently manage complex claims, resolve denials, analyze reimbursement trends, and drive improvements in our revenue cycle. This role reports to the Revenue Cycle Lead and collaborates with clinical staff, insurance payers, and leadership in a fast-paced fertility care setting.

The ideal candidate has deep healthcare billing experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare billing and accounts receivable experience.
• Expertise in denials management, appeals, and payer follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle metrics and reimbursement analysis.
• Experience with EOBs, ERAs, clearinghouses, and payer portals.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and high-value accounts receivable balances.
• Perform payer follow-up on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
• Lead denial investigations and submissions of appeals.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor AR, denials, and cash flow.
• Collaborate to optimize reimbursement processes and SOPs.
