Family Care Center is hiring a Revenue Recovery Manager to supervise the Denials and Follow-Up team across the claims lifecycle from denial management to follow-up. You will monitor KPIs, coach staff, and partner with payers to resolve disputes and accelerate reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Eight years in healthcare revenue cycle with denials/follow-up focus.
• At least three years of supervisory or lead experience.
• In-depth knowledge of payer denial and appeal processes.
• Experience with EHR and billing/clearinghouse systems; proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 6-10 employees within Denials and Follow-Up team.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality; escalate complex accounts.
• Collaborate with payers to resolve disputes and secure reimbursement.
• Lead payer-specific projects and process changes per policy updates.
• Analyze denial trends and report findings with corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Coding Manager to correct upstream denial causes.
• Deliver training on payer requirements and documentation standards.
• Manage aged AR tied to denials and meet cash collection targets.
• Review write-offs, adjustments, and appeals within authority.
• Provide denial/follow-up performance reporting to Director.
