Job summary

Fulgent Therapeutics LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Management to lead coding, data entry, billing, AR and reimbursement activities. You will secure up-to-date payer information and drive compliant filing and timely reimbursement, collaborating with RCM vendors, sales, and clinical teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in healthcare billing with 7+ years of leadership, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ten years billing experience in healthcare and seven years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of RCM functions, including ICD-10, AR management and remittance applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee the full RCM Integrity program from patient services to claims submission and collections.
• Conduct RCM risk assessments and audits across inhouse and offshore practices.
• Advise senior leadership on billing integrity, regulatory compliance, and financial risk management.
• Develop and implement revenue cycle policies, procedures, and workflows that align with regulations and payer contracts.
• Lead and train supervisors and staff to meet quality and production goals.
