Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university or >10 years experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Five (5) years of progressive responsibility and directly related work experience required.
• Knowledge of IT governance models and decision rights; familiarity with SLA concepts and health system IT workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering, supporting, and improving Rev Cycle applications and services.
• Set and monitor performance objectives; handle hiring and performance actions.
• Coach Supervisors and staff on software configurations and workflows within area of responsibility.
• Assist with budget preparation and allocation for IT systems and services in area of responsibility.
• Define and manage requirements, design, and governance for IT solutions.
• Ensure delivery and SLA outcomes; track metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate changes and updates to stakeholders across IT and clinical teams.
