• Certification and experience in Epic applications (Prelude, Cadence, HIM, Professional Billing, Hospital Billing) preferred; PMP preferred or obtained within 18 months
• Experience in healthcare IT environments and familiarity with ServiceNow and Wave or similar tools
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; ability to influence without direct authority

• Coordinate IT ownership alignment for initiatives and assign IT Milestone Owners
• Review and validate initiative documentation (BRD/TDD, scope, dependencies)
• Support scope definition and risk assessment for technical programs
• Identify cross-project risks and drive mitigation planning
• Build relationships across IT, operations, and business leadership; resolve conflicts
• Track IT milestones and support execution alignment
• Translate technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with strong organizational skills
