Job summary

THR Partners is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT-driven healthcare revenue cycle and enterprise financial systems projects. You will manage teams across registration, scheduling, HIM, and billing, while coordinating project tasks, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

The role requires strong project management, Epic experience, and a proven ability to drive process improvements within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with three years in healthcare revenue cycle/operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through full life cycle from requirements to go-live and support.
• Supervise daily operations of system teams (registration, scheduling, HIM, billing).
• Plan work schedules, monitor performance, and resolve technical and project issues.
• Coordinate team activities and ensure integration of system configuration.
• Prepare weekly status reports and escalate issues when needed.
• Apply Epic experience to team tasks and deliverables.
• Promote new systems to users and participate in steering/Director meetings.
