Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and on-call coverage.
• Assist junior team members with incident resolution and maintenance items.
• Monitor production applications on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting, and help desk teams.
