Qualifications

• Associates degree required with 5 years as individual contributor or 3 years supervisory in health system setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Applications team supporting revenue cycle and patient access systems.
• Coordinate service delivery against SLAs and manage ticket resolution for the application suite.
• Provide onsite supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to staff; participate in staffing decisions.
